Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on bellabohoclothing.us, operated by BELLA BOHO CLOTHING LLC, 12011 Tuscany Bay Dr #304, Westchase, FL 33626, EIN: 93-2882297. We want you to be completely satisfied with your BELLA BOHO purchase. If you're not happy, we make it easy to return.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed — not laundered, dry-cleaned, or worn beyond trying on
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or any odors
- Not altered, embellished, or damaged by the customer
- Returned in original packaging or comparable protective packaging
Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Step 2: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning
- Step 3: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and mailing instructions
- Step 4: Pack your items securely and ship to the address provided in our return authorization email
- Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
After we process your refund, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit, gift cards, or alternate payment methods unless agreed upon in advance.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, or damaged in transit). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. BELLA BOHO CLOTHING LLC is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit without tracking confirmation.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required for defective or damaged items.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like. We recommend placing the new order immediately to ensure availability. Your refund for the returned item will be processed within 5–10 business days of our receiving it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired
- Items without original tags attached
- Gift cards (when available)
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun. If your order has already shipped, please use our return process once it is delivered.
