Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on bellabohoclothing.us and operated by BELLA BOHO CLOTHING LLC, 12011 Tuscany Bay Dr #304, Westchase, FL 33626. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this shipping policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

If there is an issue with your order — such as an item being unavailable — we will contact you at the email address provided within 1–2 business days to resolve the situation.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer three shipping options for all domestic orders:

Standard Shipping — $6.99

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment. Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size. Standard shipping is our most affordable option and is ideal for non-urgent orders. Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more (see Free Shipping section below).

Express Shipping — 2.99

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment. Shipped via UPS or FedEx. Express shipping is available for orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Ideal when you need your order within a week but standard shipping feels too slow.

Overnight Shipping — $24.99

Estimated delivery: 1 business day after shipment via FedEx Priority. Overnight shipping is available for orders placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on Fridays will ship the following business day, arriving the next business day after that. Overnight shipping is our fastest option and is guaranteed for delivery by end of the following business day in most areas.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping applies to your merchandise subtotal before taxes and after any applicable discounts. The free shipping threshold does not apply to express or overnight shipping — those rates remain fixed regardless of order value.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your cart total meets the $75 threshold. There is no code required.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard shipping at our standard rate of $6.99. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. The $75+ free shipping offer applies exclusively to orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States.

Overnight shipping via FedEx Priority is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time beyond the standard 2–3 business day estimate due to carrier routing. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for express shipping to AK/HI locations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive your email notification. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. BELLA BOHO CLOTHING LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, BELLA BOHO CLOTHING LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or nearby drop locations. If your package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with the carrier to file a claim and provide a resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for a carrier claim.

International Shipping

At this time, BELLA BOHO ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future and will notify our newsletter subscribers when international shipping becomes available.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November through December), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering by December 15th to ensure standard shipping arrives before December 25th. For guaranteed holiday delivery, please use Express or Overnight shipping options. BELLA BOHO CLOTHING LLC is not responsible for carrier delays during peak seasons.
